Angela Meredith-Jones has worked in clay since she was a high school student. In college, she pursued undergraduate and graduate studies in art history and enjoyed a three decades-long career in the art world of NYC.

With STUDIOAMJ, Angela is excited to bring her practice in clay together with her passion for art and elegant decor and tablescapes. Porcelain is her preferred choice of clay for its compositional qualities, firing temperature and water absorption, each of which influence the material’s strength, translucency, and suitability for different uses. Rendered results are fine, durable, and elegant. Larger sculptural pieces are made with stoneware.
